Aon
At Aon, I oversaw a team of four designers and contributed directly to the redesign and rebranding of sales sheets and PowerPoint presentations. Our objective was to refresh the sales materials in line with Aon’s new brand identity while ensuring that the designs communicated effectively across both digital and print platforms.
I guided the team through the creative process, ensuring consistency in the visual language, while also personally designing several key assets. The updated materials were strategically structured to present complex information in a clear, visually appealing manner, helping Aon’s sales teams engage more effectively with clients.
This project allowed me to balance leadership with hands-on design work, ensuring the final deliverables were both functional and visually aligned with Aon’s brand goals.
